Bayville Tavern

The Bayville Tavern is one of the finest dining experiences in Virginia Beach.  Lunch is served daily from 11 am to 3 pm (closed on Tuesdays).  Tavern Bar hours are seasonal.  Daily lunch specials, homemade soups and use of local ingredients and seafood all combine to create a unique dining experience everytime you visit.  A full-service lunch menu is available to members and their invited guests daily.  Throughout the year, the Tavern hosts special social events (wine dinners, oyster roasts, holiday galas and spring barbeques).  The events are ongoing and ever changing to meet members' expectations and enjoyment of the Club.  As a convenience to members, a gratuity is added to all food and beverage sales. 

The Tavern

The Tavern can easily accommmodate up to 40 guests for a seated dinner and 100 guests for a stand-up reception inside.  Weather permitting, the veranda and back lawn can be utilized to accommodate approximately 150 guests for an event.

With a beautiful view of the golf course, the Bayville Tavern is the perfect place to entertain your friends, family and business associates.  Our accommodating staff will create menus just for you and help with all the details.

The Board Room

The Board Room, located on the second floor above the Tavern, can seat up to 15 individuals for a meeting.  It is equipped with internet access, wireless internet, LCD projector and cable television.  Drinks and snacks are available for business meetings; lunch can be served for up to 12 people.  Reservations for private business meetings will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.  Food and beverage minimums apply when using these rooms for private member events. 

Member-Hosted Events

April 1 - October 31         
Tavern may be reserved for member-hosted events commencing at 7 pm.

November 1 - March 31    
Tavern may be reserved for member-hosted events commencing at 5 pm.
